Hello everyone! I am Andy, the goat with long ears. I came along with my other friends in the shelter on 25th of November, 2022 all the way from Hanuman Dhoka, Kalbhairab temple, Kathmandu. I look healthy but the suffering of having to stay below an open sky and to always have an hopeful eye for someone to provide me food is what I had been facing for the past 2 years. I am an abandoned goat who was offered to God in the name of culture. We had no food or greenery space where we could thrive. We used to rely on the fruits that the devotees used to bring for the God. Besides, some of my friends even ate plastic from the trash area. We suffered a lot which we didn’t even deserve. But, we were lucky enough to be rescued by Sneha’s Care, which turned out to our biggest fortune. When we were brought here, we were wondering where we were being taken to. But when brought us here, the greenery arena, and they even provided us fresh fruits and meal on time. We were so relieved to get such treatment.
